First short movie

My first short movie made entirely in Blender. It also features the first appearance of Botstar

The character is modelled, rigged and animated by me. My friend W-W helped a lot with his design. He used to look a lot more bulky, out of proportion and uglier overall.

The video was made shortly after the announcement of the Apple Vision Pro

Self critique

It’s not very impressive on a technical level, it lacks VFX (in particular when the arms get torn), the weight painting is far from great and the animation isn’t the best. You can clearly see the seller does not hold Botstar’s arm

I consider the storytelling good it’s overall a good video 8/10. What do you think ?

A societal critique ?

Nope ! It may seem like so but it’s not the point. The only premise is : the Apple Vision Pro costs 3500$, how can I make it funny ?
